How to start a return

Email support@crisispatrol.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will reply with return instructions.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and include a photo. We will make it right.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
